Dear Pet Lovers,

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have received 90 responses since we launched our bi-annual customer survey in early March. We really appreciate your support in our business, which help us to constantly improve.  Our overall customer experience is improving, more and more customers want to shop with us again and recommend us to their friends.

3 things that we are doing right:

  • Knowledgeable customer service executives who are always helpful in suggesting alternative products and solving your problems
  • Our wide range of product selections that provide you and your pets more choices
  • Easy to use website and door-to-door delivery that make shopping process a breeze

3 things that we will work on in the future:

  • Email reminder for re-ordering or auto re-order with your permission
  • More complete brand and product information in Chinese
  • Better managing our stocks to minimize stock-out situation and ensure only quality stocks to be dispatched
